Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Ephesians 4:4 - 6, NKJV
There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
A Necessary Trait
Hebrews 10:38, KJV
Now the just [righteous Christians] shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
2Corinthians 5:7, KJV
For we walk [live our human lives] by faith, not by sight.
1Corinthians 13:12 - 13, NKJV
For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then [when we are made perfect] face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I also am known. And now abide faith, hope, love, these three . . .

Consequently, we reckon that a man is justified by faith, separate from works of law.

1Timothy 6:12, NASB
Fight the good fight of faith; take hold of the eternal life to which you were called . . .

Beloved, while I was very diligent to write to you concerning our common salvation, I found it necessary to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints.
Matthew 23:23, NKJV
Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have neglected the weightier matters of the law: justice and mercy and faith. These you ought to have done, without leaving the others undone.
Romans 3:21 - 22, 31, HBFV
But now, the righteousness of God that is separate from works of law has been revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets; Even the righteousness of God that is through the faith of Jesus Christ, toward all and upon all those who believe; for there is no difference.
Are we, then, abolishing the law through faith? MAY IT NEVER BE! Rather, we are establishing the law.
A Measure of Character
Luke 16:10, NASB
He who is faithful in a very little thing is faithful also in much . . .
Matthew 25:20, WEB
He who received the five talents came and brought another five talents, saying, ‘Lord, you delivered to me five talents. Behold, I have gained another five talents in addition to them.’

Protection

1Corinthians 10:13, ESV
No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.
Worthless If Alone
James 2:14, 17 - 20, 26, NKJV
What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith [alone] save him? . . . Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.
But someone will say, "You have faith, and I have works." Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works. You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe - and tremble! But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead? . . .
For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
Blessings

All of you are God's children because of your faith in Christ Jesus.
An End Time Question
Yet when the Son of Man comes, shall He find faith on the earth? (Luke 18:8, MKJV).
Jesus spoke the above immediately after giving the parable of the unjust judge. Found only in the book of Luke (Luke 18:1 - 7), the parable teaches never to give up praying. Will the Lord find faithful believers on the earth, diligently communicating with God in prayer, when he returns to rule the earth?
